Humber Scout Car - Bolt Action
Description de l'éditeur :
The British army needed extra scout cars to complement the existing Daimler Dingo, and Humber came up with their two-man light scout car. Over 4,000 of this popular vehicle were produced and equipped all manner of Commonwealth, Polish and Czech units from 1942 to the end of the war. They were used for recce work and general liaison duties, and proved most useful, having a small silhouette and a truly impressive speed of 62 mph. It relied on this speed to keep out of danger, as it only carried Bren guns or Vickers K light machine guns for local defence.
This kit also includes a model of Brigadier J.O.E. Vandeleur, who famously led the Irish Guards Armoured regiment along Highway 69 towards Arnhem during Operation Market Garden.
Contains one resin and metal armoured car, one Brigadier J.O.E. Vandaleur figure, Bolt Action stat card, vehicle damage markers, full colour waterslide decals, Bolt Action order die.
Models supplied unassembled and unpainted
